SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear during check out.
Returns are only accepted within thirty (30) days of the shipped date. You may not return sale items, or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Returns are accepted if the wrong item was shipped, the product does not meet the specifications at the time of purchase, or the product was damaged during shipping. If you need to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Shipping fees for the returned item(s) is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a shipping error caused by us.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of us receiving your returned item. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund earlier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 14 business days).
The warranties within this section pertain to products sold by us. Products sold by us may have additional and/or different warranties obtained from the manufacturer or distributor. Please refer to the products materials for additional warranty information. Any documentation accompanying the products may contain information about products which may not be available in other countries and/or subject to different indications or restrictions of use.
We warrant the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. If a product is defective, we will coordinate a repair or replacement with the manufacturer/distributor; however, repair or replacement of the product is at our discretion. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is not transferable, and proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us prior to returning the product, so together we can discuss the best way to get the issue resolved. Customers requesting warranty consideration should first contact us at email@example.com to obtain an RMA number. All shipping costs for the return will be paid by you and you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipment. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new or repaired product to you after your item has been received and tested.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH WITHIN THESE TERMS, THE SITE, SERVICES AND ANY GOODS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS”. NO WARRANTY IS MADE, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHERWISE. WITHIN THE LIMITS ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (a) THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US; (b) ANY USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS BASED ON THE INFORMATION AND/OR WRITTEN MATERIALS RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES, (c) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; or (d) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY. OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
